“Being able to take advantage of this great opportunity to have an externship paid by the Pima JTED Foundation was an incredible experience. Having to get back in action at a kitchen was a little different than a few years back when I left the industry to become a Culinary Arts Instructor. Having this experience helped me remember what my students are experiencing when starting a new job, how they feel about being able to perform on their own and employer expectations.”
